Viewing angle

The quality of an LCD display isn't just dependent on its size or the number of dots. The viewing angle can be just as important. This is the maximum angle of view for an LCD display. Outside this angle, the display may appear too dark or light to make out properly. A good viewing angle is important for cameras with fixed ('non-articulating') LCD displays. Some newer technologies, like OLED or AMOLED displays, offer particularly good viewing angles.
